The Fill it, Fold it, Flip it Revolution
HOW IT WORKS
The Flipwrap is an innovative tool designed to help you assemble and fold a tortilla wrap neatly and efficiently. It comes in two sizes: Large Flipwrap (Suitable for 10-inch tortillas) and Small Flipwrap (Suitable for 7-inch tortillas). The kit includes a Tamper, which has a cutting edge used to shape the tortilla and compress the ingredients into a neat, tightly wrapped package. Check our step by step guide below:

01. CENTER THE FLIPWRAP
Place the Flipwrap on top of your tortilla. Ensure the Flipwrap is centered, so there is an even amount of exposed tortilla around all four sides of the Flipwrap.

02. CUT THE ROUND EDGES
Using the Tamper's cutting edge, carefully cut the round corners of the tortilla that extend beyond the Flipwrap. You are left with a cross-shaped tortilla.

03. ASSEMBLE INGREDIENTS
Place your chosen ingredients inside the square or rectangular cavity of the Flipwrap. Be careful not to overfill. It's a best practice to assemble any cold ingredients first, then add your hot ingredients.

04. TAMP DOWN THE INGREDIENTS
Use the Tamper to firmly press the ingredients down. This ensures the food is compacted into the space, helping with the folding process.

05. REMOVE THE FLIPWRAP
While still pressing with the Tamper to hold the food in place, gently lift the Flipwrap up and off the tortilla.
The food will remain tightly packed inside the tortilla.

06. FOLD THE TORTILLA FLAPS
Start by folding the top and bottom flaps of the tortilla over the food. Next, fold the side flaps to fully enclose the ingredients. The result will be a neatly folded wrap in the shape of a square or rectangle.

07. ADD A STRIP OF CHEESE
Optional Step: After folding all four flaps tightly over the food, lay a thin piece of cheese (left over from your cropped piece of cheese you added last) onto the crease where the flaps come together. This can ensure a firm and tasty seal of your Flipwrap.

08. HEAT AND SEAL
Carefully pinch the folded flaps together and place the wrap folded side down onto a preheated pan. Heat for 1-2 minutes until i becomes crisped and will hold its shape. The goal is to keep everything as tight as possible as you flip it onto the pan.

09. OPTIONAL FINAL FLIP
Optional Step: Once your Flipwrap is nicely sealed, you can flip it once more for about 20 seconds to crisp up the cold side of the Flipwrap just enough to give it a light crunch. Be sure not to leave it too long or your cold ingredients could over heat and soften.

10. ENJOY YOUR CREATION
Flipwraps can be enjoyed whole, straight out of the pan or sandwich press. Be sure to let them cool for 1 minute. You can also cut your Flipwrap in half to reveal the beautifully proportioned ingredients, and then enjoy one half at a time.
